Tomatoes

These little tomato plants pack a big punch. When provided with just one square foot of space each plant will produce approximately 100 tomatoes. Tomato breeding at the University started in 2011 but has quickly taken off since then. Our diverse breeding stock focuses on developing varieties that produce quickly so gardeners and farmers as far north as Zone 2 can enjoy this summer treat.
